When there is no sound on our videos or it seems the volume is not working, you can check the following:
- Check to make sure you haven’t just muted the sound or just turned down the volume really low.
- If it's not muted, check to make sure that your plug is fully seated into the port and that it is the correct port.
- If the sound is working on other websites, try restarting your browser or switching to a different browser.
- If #3 doesn't work, you can restart your computer or laptop.
