When there is no sound on our videos or it seems the volume is not working, you can check the following:
Check to make sure you haven’t just muted the sound or just turned down the volume really low.
If it's not muted, check to make sure that your plug is fully seated into the port and that it is the correct port.
If the sound is working on other websites, try restarting your browser or switching to a different browser.
If #3 doesn't work, you can restart your computer or laptop.
