I want to add my profile picture on my dashboard. How do I go about that?

You can add your profile picture by going to your initials then click "My account." 

Click on "Account Information." Under "Update Account Information",  click on "Change Avatar" to upload your picture! Don't forget to "Save Changes" and you're all set!
